I could not find the terms of this subscription service anywhere in my email, and it seems very suspicious to me that I could not cancel this renewal and receive an refund when I requested this within one hour of being charged. I immediately emailed back to request a cancellation and refund but they refused, stating that I had agreed to these renewal charges. I was charged today for a renewal charge for my subscription, but this was from different email address than is mentioned on their website. HOWEVER they have an extremely shady subscription service and will lock you down with renewing charges that are not clearly explained. I found their program ok, it's nothing special or personalised but they give some general good habit-building advice. I tried out virtue map a few months ago to see if it could help me procrastinate less. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and look forward to hearing from you soon.
